Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Ikumi Ushida, a Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Speciallist of ekubo Gyoseishoshi Office. Our office specializes in restaurant business licenses and international services, which are two significant aspects of my personal and professional background.
My journey in the confectionery industry began after high school when I started working as a pastry chef. I have a passion for sweets and baking, and I aspire to one day open my own café. The name “ekubo” comes from “ekubo sushi,” the name of my family’s Japanese restaurant.
Regarding international services, I have spent a total of four years studying abroad in three different countries. A significant experience was my time at a university in New York State during my 30s, where I fully embraced the university life I had always dreamed of. Currently, I am continuing my studies on multiculturalism and actively participating in various related activities. Please refer to my prorile.
Since the word “ekubo” means “dimples” in English, I hope to bring many smiles to everyone.
